What is CHFR  fiber? 
CHFR is a specially modified acrylic functional fiber whose molecular chain carries multiple active functional groups, including acrylic acid, sodium acrylate, and acrylamide. Unlike conventional acrylic fiber), it inherently possesses multiple functions within the fiber itself, rather than relying on post-treatment coatings to add functionality, ensuring stable and long-lasting performance.

01 Powerful moisture absorption and heat generation 

CHFR utilizes the principle of moisture absorption and heat release, converting body moisture into thermal energy, delivering a temperature difference significantly superior to conventional fabrics. Test data shows that within 30 minutes, the sample reaches a maximum temperature close to 30°C, creating a nearly 7°C temperature difference compared to ordinary fibers, demonstrating excellent moisture-absorbing and heat-generating performance. 

02 Gentle Antibacterial 
Antibacterial activity value above 6.0:  

The fiber inherently contains antibacterial groups that suppress common harmful bacteria found in intimate fabrics, reducing itchiness and unpleasant odors caused by bacterial growth, making it ideal for baby and sensitive skin apparel. 

03 Efficient Deodorization 
Ammonia removal rate: 91.6%, acetic acid removal rate: 92.3%, isovaleric acid removal rate: 97.9%, 2-nonenal removal rate: 91.5%.  
Tested according to the national standard GB/T 33610 for four odor removal rates, all results exceeded the required specifications, demonstrating excellent deodorizing performance.

04 Bidirectional Moisture Absorption and Release 

CHFR has the ability to cyclically absorb and release moisture, quickly absorbing sweat from the skin when the environment is humid and releasing moisture when it's dry, dynamically regulating micro-environment humidity.

Complies with SGS skin irritation testing certification; test result: non-irritating to intact rabbit skin, safe for use in direct contact with the skin.
