Appointed as a member of the 4th Towel Sub-Committee 
         

On July 17, 2026, the founding meeting of the Fourth National Household Textiles Standardization Technical Committee Towel Sub-Committee and the annual conference of the China Home Textile Association Towel Branch were grandly held in Jinan, Shandong. Ma Zhengsheng, General Manager of Shanghai Jiecon Chemicasl Hi-Tech Co., Ltd., was appointed as a member of the Towel Sub-Technical Committee under the National Household Textiles Standardization Technical Committee. 

The conference brought together regulators, industry associations, leading enterprises, testing institutions, and scientific experts from across the country to comprehensively advance standardization, green development, and branding upgrades in the towel industry. In the morning, leaders from the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration and the China National Textile and Apparel Council delivered speeches, emphasizing that standardization is a core driver for technological innovation, quality improvement, and brand development in the towel sector. Industry experts shared insights on cutting-edge topics such as brand channel development, green circular fibers, and applications of new functional additives, offering strategic guidance for the transformation of the entire industrial chain. 

         The fourth plenary meeting and standard review session of the Sub-Committee on Towels under the National Standardization Technical Committee for Home Textiles was held in the afternoon. The meeting reviewed the sub-committee's charter, secretariat work guidelines, and the framework of the industry standard system. It completed the review of the industry standard for "Dry Towels (Caps)" and conducted training sessions on three industry standards: "Knitted Towels," "Sports Towels," and "Home Textiles—Towel Products—Terminology." 
       

At the meeting, the appointment plan for the reorganization of the 4th Towel Standardization Technical Committee was read out, and the list of new committee members was officially announced. Ma Zhengsheng, recognized for his extensive technical expertise and innovative achievements in the field of textile functional auxiliaries through years of dedicated research and industry collaboration, was successfully appointed as a member of this committee. He will play a key role in participating in the development and revision of towel industry standards, conducting technical reviews, and promoting industry-wide standardization. 

This appointment is not only recognition of the company's technological capabilities by the industry, but also a significant responsibility. Shanghai Jiecon will take this appointment as a new starting point, leveraging its accumulated expertise in green textile functional auxiliaries to fully support the standardization efforts of the Towel Sub-Committee: actively participating in the development and revision of towel product standards, technical reviews, and industry promotion. With advanced chemical technologies and a comprehensive product system, we aim to empower the standardization of the towel industry, collaborate with peers to build a safe, green, and high-quality home textile ecosystem, and jointly shape a sustainable future for the towel industry.
