According to data from the Shanghai Intellectual Property Bureau, in the first half of 2025, the number of enterprises that obtained certification for intellectual property management standards in the city increased by 42% year-on-year. Among them, enterprises in strategic emerging industries such as new materials and biomedicine accounted for over 60%. The certification of Shanghai Jieyi Kang and Shanghai Zifan not only responded to the policy call but also demonstrated the strategic vision of these enterprises in leveraging compliant management to drive innovation and development.

The company's general manager Ma Zhengsheng, the director of the company's general affairs department Yu Wenxiu, and the company's new force Hu Yifan all obtained the certificates for intellectual property professionals in Shanghai. Among them, the director of the company's general affairs department Yu Wenxiu successfully completed the 2024 Shanghai Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Intellectual Property Chief Executive Officer Training Program and officially obtained the qualification certification of "2024 Shanghai Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Intellectual Property Chief Executive Officer". This achievement not only indicates that Shanghai Jieyi Kang has taken a solid step in the field of intellectual property management and protection, but also demonstrates the company's continuous efforts and outstanding strength in talent cultivation, reserve, and technological innovation. 

The three members demonstrated profound professional knowledge, acute industry insight, and outstanding teamwork skills during the training period. After rigorous theoretical learning, case analysis, practical operation exercises, and assessment evaluations, they ultimately stood out and successfully completed the training and received certification. This not only recognized their individual professional capabilities, but also affirmed the long-term commitment of Shanghai Jiecon and Shanghai Guofan to protecting intellectual property rights, promoting technological innovation  and the transformation of scientific achievements

Shanghai Jiecon Chemicals Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. It is a technology innovation-oriented company jointly founded by professionals from renowned institutions such as Donghua University and Qingdao University. It has been successively recognized as a specialized, innovative, distinctive and small-scale enterprise in Shanghai, a small-scale innovative enterprise in Shanghai, and a technology-based small-scale enterprise in Shanghai. The main technical force of the company consists of doctors, masters, senior engineers and senior engineers with many years of research and practical large-scale production experience.
