Disperse dyeing accelerant JYK POW

Product overview:
The product is suitable for dyeing polyester fiber and its blended fabrics with wool, cellulose fiber, man-made fiber and other elastic synthetic fibers; It is also suitable for dyeing triacetate fiber with disperse dyes and modified polyester fiber (CDP and NPCDP) with cationic dyes. It can also be used for brightening and leveling (stripping) of defective dyed fabrics.

Good dyeing guide effect and levelness;
Do not damage the color fastness to the sun of dyed fabrics;
Emulsifiability: It will emulsify itself when poured into water or dye liquor;
Good stability, electrolyte resistance, dilute acid, alkali and hard water resistance.

Application methods:
The  product can improve the compatibility between dyes in the dip dyeing process, and is especially suitable for dyeing polyester fiber and wool blended fabric.
1. Dyeing of pure polyester fabric:
The dosage of JYK POW varies with the following conditions: dyeing temperature, dyeing depth, dyeing materials, dyeing bath ratio, dyeing heating rate and dyeing holding time. According to different dyeing conditions, the dosage of the product is also different. The recommended dosage is 0.5-5% weight ratio to fabric .
2. Dyeing of polyester/wool blended fabric:
In order to achieve the best dyeing effect, JYK POW is used at a wide temperature range of  98-130℃. However, when dyeing polyester fiber/wool blended fabric, in order to keep the wool quality from being damaged, the dyeing temperature must be lower than 120℃, preferably below 98℃.
The specific dosage of JYK POW is adjusted according to the polyester content in the blended fabric.
3. Dyeing of polyester/spandex blended yarn or fabric:
The dyeing temperature of polyester/spandex blended yarn or fabric should be lower than 120
  to protect spandex fiber; The application process will not affect the elasticity and strength of polyester/spandex blended yarn or fabric. The recommended dosage is 1-5% weight ratio to fabric.
4. Dyeing of polyester/cellulose fiber blended fabric:
One-bath one-step method and one-bath two-step method can be used for dyeing, and the dyes used are disperse dyes and direct dyes respectively.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass  production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. The emulsion of JYK POW is uniform, but it is easy to form layers after being placed for a long time. Please stir it before use to make it re-emulsify evenly;
3. When the storage temperature is lower than 10℃, heat preservation measures should be taken; If the product becomes cloudy, thickened or solidified, it is heated and melted at room temperature, and slightly stirred before normal use.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
